Talaa is a market information app that helps users view gold and precious metals prices in a simple and modern interface.

We do not process payments, provide trading services, or store financial transaction data.

Who is responsible for your data

Talaa is owned and published by an individual, Seyedehsan Hosseinikordkheili, who is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@talaa.live.

What we collect

The app may collect limited technical information such as device type, app version, usage analytics, crash reports, and notification preferences to improve stability and user experience.

• Anonymous app session. The app creates an anonymous installation identifier and a platform label (iOS) to open a session with our servers. The identifier is kept in the device's secure storage. Talaa has no account sign-up, so it is not linked to your name, email address or phone number.
• Notification preferences. If you choose which instruments you want updates for, those choices are sent to our servers together with your anonymous session.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand which screens and features are used. Our events cover screen and feature usage and do not include search text or amounts you enter. Firebase may also automatically collect technical data such as an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system version, app version and an approximate location derived from your IP address, as described at Firebase privacy information. Where the law requires consent for analytics, Talaa collects it only after you agree through Google's consent message. If the consent check cannot be completed, analytics is not collected.
• Crash reports. We use Firebase Crashlytics to receive crash and stability data, such as device model, operating system version and the app state at the time of a crash.
• Settings on your device. Your watchlist, language, appearance and similar preferences are stored on your device.

Advertising

Talaa may show ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads can be switched on or off at any time and may not be shown to everyone. When ads are shown, Google and its partners may collect and process information from your device, such as your IP address and device and app information, and your interactions with ads, to deliver, measure and secure ads.

• Non-personalized ads. Talaa requests non-personalized ads, which are not based on a profile of your past behavior.
• No tracking prompt. Talaa does not ask to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
• Your consent choice. Where the law requires consent for ads (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), the app asks for your choice through Google's consent message before any ad is requested. If you decline, or if the consent check cannot be completed, Talaa does not request ads.
• US state privacy choices. If Google's US state privacy message is shown for your location, you can use it to limit how your data is used for advertising.
• Change your choice. Open Settings → Privacy Choices in the app to review or change your choice at any time. This entry appears when Google's consent framework indicates that it is required for you. You can also write to us at support@talaa.live.

How we use data

We do not sell personal data. We only use data to operate, secure, and improve the app. If notifications are enabled, they are used only to deliver app-related market updates selected by the user.

Sharing and service providers

We share data only with service providers that help us run Talaa: Google (Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics and AdMob) and a third-party hosting provider for our servers. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

International transfers

Google and our hosting provider may process data in countries other than your own. Google describes the safeguards it applies in its terms and privacy documentation linked above.

Retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Analytics and crash data are kept for the retention period configured in Google's Firebase services. To ask about deletion, contact us at support@talaa.live. The app connects to our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the session identifier is kept in the device's secure storage.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing), to opt out of certain advertising uses of your data, and to complain to your data protection authority. Because Talaa uses an anonymous identifier, we may need your help to identify your installation before we can act on a request. Contact us at support@talaa.live.
